I was born and raised in the middle of Illinois and after college, at a small liberal arts school, found my way into the city life. I am now 27 and still chasing after whatever it is I am  supposed to catch. I still haven’t quite decided what that will be yet. My attempts at finding it have been interesting to say the least, and I have so many friendships and stories to show  for it. I am truly passionate about music, writing, movie quotes, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Chicago sports, and those fools I call my family. There is certainly more to me, but that’s what  you get for now.

This blog was started because between insomnia and the daily commute to work, I have a lot of time alone with my thoughts. I should probably be ashamed to admit how often I amuse myself with utterly ridiculous thoughts, but I am not. These are the times that I will test my own sanity by exposing you all to my musings, and throw myself to the mercy of your  judgments.  Like anyone else who writes, I am just a boy standing in front of you beautiful internet people asking you to love me.
